Delhi Goverment Launches Job Portal due to Covid Crisis

In light of  the unemployment situation prevailing in the country, the Delhi government has launched a Job portal aimed at connecting employers with job seekers.

The portal sports a very simplistic interface and is extremely easy to use. Once just needs enter his mobile number to register and then choose his job category.

According to an article published by Moneycontrol.com, the job portal has already received an overwhelming response with more than fifty thousand applicants applying through the portal and over 18 thousand jobs being listed by employers withing first six hours of the portal going live.

Step 2: Enter your Mobile number

Step 3: Enter OTP to Verify your mobile number

Step 4: Enter the required details to complete the registration process

Commendable Effort but will need time to Mature

The site is expected to go down well with an average job seeker looking at an entry level job. However it would take some time for its impact to be visible as it still needs to attract large employers from the corporate sector.
