One of the very first electric sports car introduced by
Tesla was The Roadster, which was discontinued in the year 2012. In its recent
launch of the electric truck, Tesla also launched the all new Roadster, which
is currently available at $200,000 (1,29,88,000crores). The looks and the
performance of the car are as promising as they have always been. The Roadster
has currently been launched in red color.
Tesla is known for developing electric cars, the Roadster is
one of its very first electric sports car since it was first discontinued in
2012. The launch of the Roadster signifies Tesla’s determination to continue
competing across several electric automobile manufacturers across the globe.

According to Elon Musk, the Roadster can very well reach up to
the level of world record speeds, considering that it can reach from 0 to 60mph
in not more than 2 seconds, thus becoming one of the fastest consumer car that
is currently available on the planet. According to Musk the top speed of the
vehicle would be more than 250mph.
Although the launch of the vehicle made the audience very happy,
the investors along with the auto analysts showed skepticism regarding the
prospects of the company, keeping in mind its falling stocks and production
delays for Model 3.
