Unique Identification Authority of India is handling loads
of enrollment applications of Aadhar Card. They are dispatching bundles of
applications everyday but many of them are misplacing, stuck in the postal
office or officials are unable to post the Aadhar cards to their respective
addresses because of deep workload. Department is handling bulk of posts every
day, making it almost difficult to handle enormous applications.
Since the numbers of applicants are increasing everyday it
has become hard to manage all the applications at one go. Ultimately creating
chaos for both applicant and department officials as well.
So, Postal Department has adopted the strategy to hand over
the Aadhar Card only to them who are making enquiry for their cards in the
postal offices. That means you need to
visit the local postal office in your area and check the status of your Aaadhar
Card there. If they still don’t have your Aadhar Card then you are left with
the option of downloading the e-aadhar card from UIDAI Website.
To know the status of your Aadhar Card click here. It is
advised to visit the post office after checking the status of your application
online if it shows it is generated. Please do remember the mobile number that
you filled in the enrollment application as it will be used to check the status
or download the e-aadhar card from UIDAI
