How to check aadhaar card status online?

Aaadhar number is a 12 digit number issued by UIDAI to individuals in India for providing recognition to their identity. It is not compulsory to own but is a voluntary approach therefore any individual can apply for an aadhaar card. With the volume of applications it process of dispatching addhaar card has become slow. To speed up the process UIDA has started a unique Aadhaar Card Kiosk for handling and providing the status of aadhaar card applications. It is even simpler rather than visiting the aadhaar centers for enquiry.

Here we are providing step by step process to check the aadhaar card status online.

Step1: Go to the UIDAI Aadhaar Card Kiosk website.

Step 2: Fill in your 14 digit enrollment number marked on your acknowledgement receipt and the date on which you have applied enrollment application.

Step 3: Enter the security Code from the rectangular box.

Step4: Click on check status

By clicking on check status you will be provided with the status of your enrollment application. Keep checking the Kiosk till the time you receive your aadhaar card number.
